THE INGREDIENTS: 4 Steak strip steaks. Black pepper and seasonings salt, to taste. 2 Tbsp.Of olive oil. FOR THE CREAMY GARLIC SHRIMP, YOU’LL. NEED: 3 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter. 250 grams.Of shrimp deveined. 4 garlic cloves. 1/4 Cup.Of dry white wine. 3/4 Cup.Of heavy cream. 1/4 Cup.Of freshly shredded parmesan cheese. Black pepper and seasonings salt, to taste. 1 Tbsp.Of fresh parsley chopped. PREPARATION: • First Step: Make sure the steaks are completely dry by patting them with paper towels. Add little pepper and salt to taste. • Second Step: Prepare a grill or a big skillet made of cast iron by heating it over medium-high heat. Steaks should be seared or grilled for about four to five minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to the desired degree of doneness. Place the steaks on a heated dish, then put them to the side. • Third Step: Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet (if using a skillet).
