Although we only ever visited Sloss twice in its 22 years of hosting a haunted attraction I am glad to have been a part of it.. I hate to see it go & would’ve probably went to the Haunted attraction again soon or in the near future even though I believe when we went it was a terribly muddy rainy experience both times it seems.. but I didn’t even go for the haunted attraction! I went because the place was eerie and cool & this was the only way I knew to get close to it without trespassing to explore(which I always wanted to do) the haunted attraction only took you through a portion of the site anyway.. I would’ve loved to have been able to climb up the stacks and explore the entirety of the old site. If your ever in Birmingham AL drive up close to it and take a gander & let your mind wander.
